Frequently Asked Questions about Avrupa için Seyahat eSIM'i (Şarj Et)
eSIM nedir?

Travel eSIM for Europe (Recharge)
Hi محيا الشتوي, thanks for your 5-star rating! We’re glad you chose our Europe Travel eSIM recharge.
We went on a Mediterranean cruise and bought eTravelSim with 5 GB data each. It worked on land and sometimes at sea if we were close to a coastline. The only place it didn’t work was in Montenegro because it is not part of the EU. When we had difficulty getting started, there was help; when we ran out of data, there email response and assistance was very quick. Highly recommend eTravelSim.

Recharge was easy. Could have done with a notification to confirm how much data I had left after recharge, rather than just an email to say recharge added.
Charlotte, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the recharge process was easy, and we appreciate your suggestion about providing a data balance confirmation after recharge. Your input helps us improve.

Everything is great, but I couldn’t top up through the app. It keeps showing a ‘please update your address’ warning. You update it, but the same message appears again and again. However, I was able to top up from the website. Thank you.
