The eSIM for Ghana provides you with access to 2 to 50 GB (depending on the plan chosen), without physically changing the SIM card in your phone.

The eSIM plan is valid for 30 days.

All you need is an eSIM compatible mobile handset (iOS, android or otherwise).

In order to purchase the eSIM, just complete the transaction here and an eSIM QR code will be emailed to you in the next 30 minutes with instructions to install on your phone.

Once installed, you can start using data on the eSIM in Ghana immediately. The validity of the eSIM shall start from the day when you start using it in Ghana.

Many plans can be topped up on our Recharge page. If your plan has no top-up there, email support@etravelsim.com with your order number and we'll help.

How do I check my balance?

Log in to My Account with the email you used to buy the eSIM, then click View Balance next to your order. You can also email support@etravelsim.com with your order number.

Do I need to submit any documentation?

No, however, at ETravelSim, we take the security of our customers seriously. To protect our customers from fraudulent activities and maintain a safe shopping environment, we may request additional identity verification for transactions flagged by our payment gateway as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
